Marielle Barrow Maignhan

Marielle is the Founder/CEO and Editor-in-Chief at  Caribbean InTransit — a global arts education and ecosystem architecture enterprise. Since 2011, the company has operated across 21 countries, executing
more than 30 projects with a team of more than 50 professionals. She served as the incepting coordinator of the Cultural and Creative Industries Innovation Fund (CDB) spearheading the development of a Community of
practice, numerous knowledge resources and over 10
accelerators across sub-sectors while supervising over
40 projects across 19 countries.
 
Dr. Barrow Maignan is a Fulbright Scholar, social
entrepreneur and artist.

Jessica King

Jessica King is a professional based in Trinidad, serving within the Association of Caribbean States (ACS). As arepresentative of this esteemed organization, she contributes to advancing the ACS’s mission of fostering economic integration, sustainable development, and cooperation among its member states in the Caribbean region. Within her capacaity as Human Resource Coordinator, Jessica plays a vital role in building meaningful partnerships and driving initiatives that promote the prosperity and unity of the Caribbean.

Kai Crooks- Chissano

Director/Project Manager with 20+ years of multi-layered experience in strategy development and execution: designing and implementing partnership strategies, and developing materials in sustainable energy, and education; collaborating and coordinating in the creative and social development sectors managing, monitoring and evaluating projects, conducting training,  research and writing reports. Fosters strategic synergies and collaboration: works with national, regional, internationa lorganizations, governments, philanthropic organisations, and the private sector in East and Southern Africa, and the United States to align initiatives and programs. Curates information to develop and move an agenda from conceptualisation to implementation.

Lisa Wickham

Lisa Wickham is the founder and CEO of Imagine Media International Limited and Imagine Media Africa Pty. An internationally acclaimed Producer-Director-TV Personality, Lisa has worked across Europe, the UK, Africa, North America, and the Caribbean, elevating the media production and communications industry.

Some career highlights include serving as Interim CEO of TTT Limited, overseeing a state-owned media network comprising three radio stations, a television station, an digital platforms, General Manager of UWI’s Institute of Business (now Arthur Lok Jack School of Management) and Head of the World Bank-funded Global Quality Exchange. Award-winning filmography includes HERO: The
Extraordinary Life and Times of Mr. Ulric Cross (Showtime,

Kyle Maloney

Kyle is entrepreneur who has been making a name for himself in the ICT/tech industry. He launched his first venture in university before going on to launch FIRST.com. When that company folded, he launched Tech Beach Retreat in an effort to create an enabling environment for young tech start-ups. Since then, he has pursued his passion, working diligently to advance digitalisation in the region. With a recent USD1m grant from the IDB, he is one step closer.he has created her company and supports public and private organizations in the Caribbean in implementing international projects.

Keith Nurse

Dr. Keith Nurse is President of the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT). He is the former Principal/CEO of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, Saint Lucia. He is an expert member of the UN Committee for Development Policy and a former Senior Economist and Advisor on Structural Policies and Innovation at the OECD, Paris. He is the former World Trade Organization Chair at the University of the West Indies, where he also served as the Executive Director of the UWI Consulting Company.
Dr. Nurse has published in areas such as intellectual property value capture, trade policy and services, industrial policy and innovation governance, creative industries and the digital economy, tourism and cultural heritage, migration and diasporas, gender and economic restructuring, climate action and sustainable development and disaster risk reduction.

Trica Barrow

Throughout her career, Tricia has provided strategic policy recommendations to decision-makers across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and facilitated high- level political exchanges between LAC leaders and their counterparts in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Pacific. Driven by a passion for fostering sustainable development partnerships, she is dedicated to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impacts for the peoples of the Greater Caribbean.
Tricia holds an MSc in International Trade and an MPhil in English and Commonwealth Studies from Sorbonne University in Paris, as well as an MA in Foreign Languages, Business, and Trade from the University of Caen in France.

Nayaatha Tait

Trilingual international affairs specialist with interdisciplinary background in international trade, energy and climate change.

Obtained a Master’s in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute, Geneva (IHEID) and BA in Foreign Languages from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago.

Over 2 years professional experience in International Geneva as well as Latin America and the Caribbean in the areas of international trade and development (International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development), renewable energy policy (United Nations Development Programme), climate change and disaster risk reduction (Association of Caribbean States, social innovation (Just Innovate).
